Watercolour Wonder

As I looked through my window over the River Tamar in Cornwall this morning I was picturing the scene. Like I’d been left alone to wander at some exhibition with a series of sunrise paintings, in glorious watercolour wonder. Sensing the import of great art.

There I was, standing in the cold, wrapped in a blanket. Eagerly noticing. Shifting head slowly from side to side. As I mused and peered, not wanting to miss a thing in this gallery afore me. Every second trying to capture and honour this extraordinary artist’s intention.

Nature. So obviously the best artist of them all. A dawn that colours me in. If we could all paint ourselves from the start like that, would we ever be the same?

Every day is indeed a new dawn. With new choices rising. Live and unfolding. As the blackbird heralds the grey, to wake us up to the true power of the alchemy at play.

How might we paint our new tomorrows. Welcome to the exhibition….?
