Poem

Our Lockdown eases up. Again.
But back to “normal”? Who knows when.
I work from home — Thank God for that!
(I think I’m getting kinda fat).

The Bears are real good company.
They’re up to all-sorts, as you see.
I keep my mind sharp, writing poems
As I keep safe and #stayathome.

I set a small goal every day
And execute it, come what may.
The dishes that were in the sink
Are better now they’re clean, I think!

And from my third-floor balcony
I get to watch my gorgeous Sea
We check the laundry ‘cross the street
My neighbor, one day, I shall meet.

But as for now, I watch with you
The stunning and majestic views.
So keep them coming, Window-Friends.
You’re my salvation, ‘til Pandemics ends.

See you tomorrow!
Love and light from Cyprus ???????
