It is as the night sky falls to sleep that my heart wakes upon seeing it. I see the yellow glow of my neighbour’s window as if it’s perched low in that silhouetted tree. A crescent moon dangles beneath the white wispy streak of the last cloud to retire. Like the villagers of Cargreen in Cornwall now safely indoors, gifting me the night to myself. Be still my beating heart ?

I’m enjoying you uplifting stories. And also hoping you’ll put together a book of your writings from this historic time we all share. And thank you so much for caring for Thelma. So sorry to hear of her passing. But you made us all proud.
Thank you so much Janet. Such a caring comment. Yes we miss Thelma very much but so much love for her from around the world made her last “world tour” via the facebook group a very special farewell indeed. And thank you for that suggestion of me writing a book of my musings from this historic time. That’s beautiful to even know you have felt uplifted in any way. Thank you!
